Instructions

Step 1
Brown ground beef in large skillet

Strain fat from ground beef

Re-add ground beef to skillet. Add pasta sauce and simmer for 15min. Stir occasionally

Preheat oven to 350 F

Boil ziti
Step 6
Baste a large glass baking dish in melted butter
Step 7
Layer the dish in the following order: Half of the ziti Provolone cheese with sour cream spread on top Half of the meat sauce mixture The rest of the ziti Mozzarella cheese The rest of the sauce mixture Top with Parmesan cheese
Step 8
Bake in the oven for 25-30min
