Instructions

Step 1
Soak 2 slices of bread in milk in a bowl. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, eggs, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and parsley. Take the 2 soaked slices of bread and drain them slightly by hand, then shred by hand into the large bowl with the other ingredients. Season the bowl mixture with salt and pepper and mix everything by hand. Heat up a large skillet with olive oil (cover the bottom enough to pan fry), roll the mixture into balls by hand and start frying.
