Instructions

Step 1
Put all the ingredients in a blender except the ice and whey protein, and blend well.
Step 2
Add the ice cubes and blend until smooth.
Step 3
Add the whey and blend for 10 seconds more.
Step 4
NOTE: You can easily convert this to an S by adding 1 table- spoon natural-style peanut butter and sprinkling some chopped roasted peanuts on top.
