Instructions
Step 1
Boil noods according to package in heavily salted water with 1/4 onion and bay leaf
Step 2
Once cooked rinse noods in cold water to flash chill them and add to a large mixing bowl or Tupperware.

Add in Mayo, crema, corn, and ham and mix well ensure everything is thoroughly coated.
Step 4
Season to your liking or add in chopped jalapeños at this time.
Step 5
