Instructions

Step 1
Mix sauce ingredients and set aside.
Step 2
Boil several cups of water. Add bribing and cook for just 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Step 3
Heat oil in a large skillet, then add onions. Sauté until translucent, then add mushrooms and peppers. Stir.
Step 4
Cover skillet with a lid for a couple minutes. Remove and stir.
Step 5
Add minced garlic. Stir frequently.
Step 6
Mix in broccoli and then pour in sauce mixture. Stir constantly until thickened. Serve over rice or pasta, if desired.
