Instructions

Step 1
Peel potatoes and cut them in half (quarter if larger). Let them stand in water while preparing sauce.
Step 2
Combine ingredients in a gallon size ziploc bag and shake to combine. Dry off potatoes put in bag and let them marinate for 2 hours.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put the potatoes and marinade in a large 9x13 baking dish.
Step 4
Roast for 1 hour and 10 minutes, turning occasionally. There should be sauce left over after roasting, reserve left over. Roast in broiler for 5 minutes. Serve with remaining sauce.
