Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175C.
Step 2
In a blender combine all ingredients for the sauce and blend.
Step 3
In a baking dish, pour the cup of quinoa, add the broccoli and peas. Add in the sauce and mix it all together so the ingredients are evenly combined in the dish.
Step 4
Bake on the center rack for 40 - 50 minutes until the quinoa is cooked and it's no longer liquidy.
Step 5
Cool for 5 - 10 minutes, then scoop and serve. Drizzle with tahini or hot sauce and enjoy!
