Instructions
Step 1
Add leftover rotisserie chicken to pot of water, bring to boil and simmer for ~1 hr. Wait to cook, then drain broth. Separate chicken from carcass and add to broth.
Step 2
Cut up vegetables and cook on stove top for ~10 minutes.
Step 3
Cook egg noodles separately.
Step 4
Add chicken broth and chicken to vegetables in pot, bring to boil and simmer.
Step 5
Add egg noodles and bay leaf, additional seasoning as desired. Simmer for ~20 minutes.
