Instructions
Step 1
Place stew meat, salt, pepper and onion in slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine garlic salt, worchestershire sauce, beef broth and ketchup. Pour over the meat. Cook for 7-9 hours on low, or 4-5 hours on high. About 30 minutes before serving, combine flour and apple juice in small bowl and whsik to combine. Add to the crock pot. Add mushrooms. Cook 3o minutes more. Stir in sour cream just before serving. Serve over egg noodles.

This can be assembled ahead of time in a freezer bag, and frozen until ready to cook.
