Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F
Step 2
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Step 3
Add ginger, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, sriracha, and ketchup. Simmer 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add steak, onions, and peppers back to the skillet. Top with cheese. Place in the oven for 5 minutes turn oven to broil and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
