Add 2 cooked beets to a blender . Then add 1 orange 1 tbsp lemon juice 1-2 tbsp sweetner like stevia frozen blueberries frozen raspberries and unsweetened almond milk and blend until smooth

It’s ready to drink straight away or put it in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 5 days
