2 Tbspagave nectar
1 TbsGinger
fresh grated
1 Tbscornstarch
2 tspChili-Garlic sauce
3garlic cloves
Minced
1 tspcrushed red pepper flakes

Instructions
Step 1
Make the sauce: in a medium bowl whisk together vinegar soy sauce Agave hoisan sauce Ginger cornstarcg sesame oil chili garlic sauce garlic and red pepper flakes until combined set aside
Step 2
Cook the cauliflower heat the vegetable oil and a large skillet over medium high heat add cauliflower add even layers season with a pinch of salt and black pepper and sear until golden Brown about 3 minutes flip the cauliflower and sear until golden Brown on the other side for about 3 more minutes
Step 3
Add the sauce to the skillet and reduce the heat to medium toss the cauliflower and the sauce to coat and saute until sauce thickens and the cauliflower is tender about 4 minutes
Step 4
Add sesame seeds scallions peanuts cilantro stirred combine season to taste with additional salt and pepper if desired and serve
