These come together so quick, they are perfect to meal prep for the week not to mention you can avoid the long lines at Starbucks!
These freeze well, so you can double the recipe if you like, wrap individually in plastic wrap and have them in the freezer for when you need to curb that craving!
Also I highly suggest warming these up in the microwave for 15-20 seconds. So. Good!

Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F and line a 9x9 pan with parchment and set aside.

2. In a food processor, grind 2 cups of the quick oats till they are a flour-like consistency about 2 minutes.

3. To a bowl combine the remaining oats, the oat flour you just made and salt. Stir to combine.

4. In a medium sauce pan on medium-low heat, add the butter, brown sugar, maple syrup till completely melted and dissolved. Remove from the heat and stir in the milk and vanilla. Let cool for 5-10 minutes.

5. Pour the sugar mixture into the oat mixture and stir with a wooden spoon until combined.
Step 6
6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and press the oats into the pan evenly.
Step 7
7. Bake till the edges are slightly golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.
Step 8
8. Let the squares cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then remove from the pan let them finish cooling on a rack for another 10 minutes
Step 9
9. Cut into 12 bars and enjoy!
