Instructions

Step 1
Put the sweet potato fries into the oven and heat them for 25 mins at 250 degree. Remove the bottom of the asparagus and chop them into half. Leave the asparagus on the chopping board. Chop red onion into thin slices and each tomato into half.

Step 2
Put butter on the pan. Fry the entrecôte on each side for 3-5 mins for medium rare at high heat. Then put them on the serving plate when done.

Put olive oil, then fry chopped asparagus, tomato, and red onions on the same pan with the entrecôte juice. Add salt. Put red wine sauce on the same pan with the asparagus and heat for 2 mins.
