For the wrap
Step 1
Blend all the ingredients together and add to a nonstick pan and cook untill done.
Filling
Step 2
Add the chicken and spices together in a bowl with a little bit of the tomato sauce, set aside.

Add chicken, garlic, onion to a pan and stir. Add the rest of the veggies and finally add the tomatoes.
