Ingredients

195gpotato
medium, cut into wedges

salt

pepper

olive oil spray

2 tablespoonspanko breadcrumbs

½ teaspoonpaprika

1Burger

1tomato
small, quartered

0.5cucumber
small, quartered and sliced

20gmixed lettuce leaves
25greduced fat feta cheese crumbled

1 teaspoonbalsamic vinegar

lemon wedge

1 tablespoontomato sauce
optional
Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2
2. Arrange potato wedges on the tray and season with salt and pepper. Spray with olive oil, tossing until evenly coated and burger or nuggets
Step 3
and bake for 25/30 minutes.
Step 4
3. To make the salad, combine all salad ingredients in a small bowl and dress with balsamic vinegar.
Step 5
4. Serve fish with potato wedges, side salad, lemon wedge and tomato sauce if desired.
