Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. Beat oil, eggs, cream, and water together. In a separate bowl, mix cooked cereal, flour, baking powder, maple syrup, salt until just combined. Combine egg mixture with flour mixture and mix until combined. Pour into muffin tins lined with paper cupcake liners. Bake for 45 minutes then check for doneness. If tops are not browned, add baking time in 7 minute increments until the tops are golden. Remove and cool
