Instructions
Step 1
Put a thin layer of dukes mayo on both sides Italian hoagie and toast on griddle
Step 2
Make 4 balls with ground meat and season with dan os, garlic powder & pepper
Step 3
Heat griddle or cast iron skillet to 375
Step 4
Once griddle is heated and bread is toasted and set aside, add butter to pan or griddle till melted.
Step 5
Add meat balls and let cook for 1 minute then smash and add salt, cook for 3 minutes then flip and salt other side. Add white american cheese and let cook for another 3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Step 6
Add 4 slices of hard salami to griddle and cook 1 to 2 minutes per side. Remove and put on top of smash patties
Step 7
Put mayo on bottom bun, followed by lettuce and a splash of italian dressing, follow by 2 patties per bun. Put mayo on top bun as well if you wish and put sliced onion and tomato and slap the top bun on top with 2 picks to hold and cut in half then enjoy.
