Instructions

Step 1
Preheat broiler. Beat eggs in medium bowl. Add bacon, half-and-half, salt and pepper; beat until well blended.
Step 2
2 Melt butter in large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Add potatoes; cook and stir 4 minutes. Pour egg mixture into skillet. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 6 minutes or until eggs are set at edges (top will still be wet).
Step 3
3 Transfer skillet to broiler. Broil 4 inches from heat source 1 to 2 minutes or until top is golden brown and center is set.
