Instructions

Step 1
Soak rice noodles in a bowl with boiling water till soft
Step 2
Sauté garlic onion in oil
Step 3
Add soy sauce, a splash of water, and brown sugar and cook until thickened Add snap peas towards end
Step 4
Add steamed brocolli
Step 5
Drain noodles and add to sauce and vege mixture
