Step 1
Boil the lasagna noodles for 4 minutes
Step 2
Combine one pound of the parmesan with the cottage cheese. Light layer: sauce, lasagna, cottage cheese, spinach, mozzarella.
Step 3
Repeat layers with either 1 heavy layer or 2 med layers. After the last Mozzarellayer add the 2nd pound of parmesan
