Italian Lemon Pepper Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients
4 servings

1 lbshrimp
peeled and deveined
2 teaspoonsItalian Lemon Pepper Seasoning

1 teaspoonpaprika

1 teaspoonsalt

3 tablespoonsbutter
divided

olive oil

3garlic cloves
minced

1shallot
minced

¼ cupwhite cooking wine

1 boxlinguine

1lemon juiced

1 teaspooncrushed red pepper

1 cuppasta water

¼ cupparmesan cheese

parsley
fresh chopped, to garnish
Instructions
Step 1
1. Prepare linguine according to box directions and set aside. Save 1 cup of pasta water and set aside.
Step 2
2. Season shrimp with Spicelopedia’s Italian Lemon Pepper Seasoning, salt and paprika.
Step 3
3. In a large skillet, add two tablespoons of butter and olive oil and sear shrimp over medium heat.
Step 4
4. Once the shrimp are done, remove from the skillet and set aside.
Step 5
5. In the same skillet, add garlic and shallots and cook until translucent. Deglaze the skillet with white wine. Add crushed red pepper, juice of one lemon and pasta water.
Step 6
6. Add cooked pasta and shrimp back into the skillet. Add one tablespoon of butter. Toss well until combined.
Step 7
7. Garnish with fresh sliced lemons and fresh chopped parsley.
