This recipe is made from a bunch of recipes that I have tried over the years and is the result of numerous selections of ingredients that have worked for me. I used this shake daily for a long period of time and it helped me gain a lot of mass. As for the milk, I have always used full fat, but lately tried goat milk out of curiosity and I liked even better.
