2 poundsground turkey

1 cupshredded mozzarella

½ cupgrated parmesan

1egg

2 teaspoonsonion powder

2 teaspoonsgarlic powder

½ teaspoonitalian seasoning

½ teaspoonblack pepper

2 teaspooncayenne pepper

½ teaspooncrushed red chili pepper flakes

1 cupAlfredo sauce
or marinara if you prefer

1 cupmarinara sauce

1 cupshredded cheese
for topping

dried parsley
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Lightly spray a large casserole dish with cooking spray.
Step 2
In a large bowl combine ground turkey, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, Cayenne, crushed red pepper flakes, and mix well.
Step 3
Use a small cookie scoop to form the meatballs all the same size, roll them into balls, and place them in the prepared casserole dish.
Step 4
Bake the meatballs for 15 to 20 minutes until fully cooked.
Step 5
Remove the meatballs from the oven and drain the grease if necessary.
Step 6
Top the meatballs with the Afredo sauce, shredded cheese, and parsley.
Step 7
Put the meatballs bake back into the oven. Bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is fully melted.

Step 8
Serve meatball bake with a side salad, over some zoodles, Or in a low carb hotdog bun as an Alfredo meatball sub.
