Instructions
Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in Wok, stir fry Pork over High Heat for 2 1/2 mins.
Add Soy sauce and Sugar stir fry for further 2 mins.
Scoop into Bowl and set aside.
Step 2
Wipe the Wok, add 1 tbsp oil add celery, cabbage and mushrooms stir fry for 1-2 mins. Add Fish Sauce and broth, cover and cook for 3 mins.
Step 3
Mix cornstarch with as little water as needed.
Add pork back into wok, pour in cornstarch stir fry until fluid thickens.
Serve with Rice or Noodles.
