Melt butter in medium sauce pan

add onions, garlic and cook over med. heat for a few minutes

stir in flour and mustard

add "liquid" from clams, water, and wine...

add parsley, basil and salt

simmer covered, for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally...
Step 7
stir in clams, and shrimp, and heat to serving temp
Step 8
season ? to taste!!!
Step 9
Serve over Linguine (that"s been cooking-ha!)
