In a sauce pan sear the meat on all sides

Add onions and cook until tender

Add worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and beef broth and bake on 350° for 1 hour
Step 4
Reduce the heat to 250° and bake for 3 hours.
Step 5
In a sauce pan, make au jus sauce according to packet.
Step 6
Spread roast and add au jus sauce. Bake for 20 minutes or until done. Serve on hoagie rolls with cheese.
