Instructions

Preparation Stepes

Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract and salt. Whisk everything together until well combined
Step 2
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. Make sure to stir the mixture occasionally during this time to prevent clumps from forming.
Step 3
Once the pudding has thickened up and the chia seeds have absorbed the liquid give it a good stir. If the pudding is too thick, you can add a bit more almond milk to thin it out
Step 4
Transfer the pudding to serving bowls or jars and top with chopped peanuts, sliced banana, or fresh berries, if desired.

Serve and enjoy your delicious and dense chia pudding with peanut butter !
