Healthy Brownies Dupe
4 steps
Prep:10minCook:18min
I made these brownies when my boyfriend wasn’t home and left them out. When I came back, I noticed he ate some - so I asked how it was. He said they were really good, nice and gooey, and grabbed another piece. He felt betrayed when he found out these were made with kidney beans 😂 but they’re so good that he kept eating them. Sneaky beans - nobody will even know this is healthy!

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°
Step 2
Add all ingredients except the chocolate chips into a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. It will be thick, that’s okay!
Step 3
Pour into an oiled 8x8 pan. I oiled with coconut oil, but any vegetable oil or butter would work! Use a spatula to spread the batter out so it’s equally spread. Then pour chocolate chips on top.
Step 4
Bake for 18 minutes, and enjoy!
