Very filling too so will stretch far portion wise. Ingredients - 300g of lamb OR chicken or beef - 6 potatoes finely chopped skin on πŸ₯” - 4 x garlic cloves πŸ§„ - 1 x can of chopped tomatoes πŸ… - 1 tbsp tomato purΓ©e πŸ… - 1 x can of reduced fat coconut milk πŸ₯₯ - 1 tsp cumin πŸ₯„ - 1 tsp Garam masala πŸ₯„ - 1 tbsp curry powder πŸ₯„ - 1 tsp ginger and turmeric πŸ₯„ - 1 tbsp mango chutney πŸ₯­ - 2 x bay leaves πŸƒ - 1 lamb or chicken stock pot - 1 x onion πŸ§… - Fresh mint to garnish πŸƒ - Salt - 1 tbsp of cornflour if you want a really thick sauce Add everything to the Slowcooker and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8.
