Instructions
Step 1
Cook spaghetti until al dente
Step 2
Bake vegs in olive oil on baking sheet under grill for 10 mins
Step 3
Divide spaghetti among 4 yorkshire pudding tins and curl to form nests
Step 4
Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Step 5
Bake at 200 degrees C for 15 mins until lightly golden. Remove onto serving plates and add vegs on top.
