Step 1
Brown meat untilno longer pink. Stir in black beans, taco seasoning and water. Simmer until water is mostly evaporated; 3-5 min.
Step 2
Place lettuce into bowls. Top with meat mixture and other ingredients. Toss to coat with sour cream and salsa.
