½ teaspoontoasted sesame oil

12rice paper wrappers

3 ozrice noodles
thin, prepared according to package directions

2mini cucumbers
thinly sliced

1watermelon radish
small, thinly sliced

1mango
medium ripe, thinly sliced

2scallions
thinly sliced

1 ½ cupsfresh mint leaves

1 ½ cupsfresh basil leaves

2avocados
medium ripe, halved and sliced into 12 pieces each

4 leavesbutter lettuce
large, torn into three pieces each
Instructions
Step 1
1. Whisk hoisin, peanut butter, water, soy sauce, vinegar, chili garlic sauce and oil in a small bowl and set aside
