Instructions

Step 1
Take spinach leaves and chop into bite size.
Step 2
Turn stove onto medium and place butter in pan. Swirl around to cover bottom.
Step 3
Crack two eggs into pan and break yolks.
Step 4
Sprinkle chopped spinach onto eggs and whisk.
Step 5
Whisk eggs, continuing when it begins to coagulate until no longer shiny.
Step 6
Toast two slices of bread for desired time.

Place toast on plate and scoop eggs onto toast evenly. Add a banana and glass of milk for extra nutrition.
