Instructions
Step 1
Brown ground. Remove from pan, drain and pat dry.
Step 2
Sauté chopped onion and leek until softened. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Step 3
Add sliced mushrooms and browned beef. Generously season.
Step 4
Add tomato soup and beef broth (start with 3 1/2 cups). Add rice. Simmer until rice is done, adding more beef broth if needed.
