Instructions
Step 1
1️⃣Firstly, rinse the quinoa under a cold tap until the water runs clear
Step 2
2️⃣Now simply add all the ingredients above into a large pot (apart from the serving ingredients) and stir
Step 3
3️⃣Simmer with the lid on for 15-18 minutes until all the water has been absorbed
Step 4
4️⃣Finally serve it up on the table with lime juice + coriander + avocado + salsa and tuck in
