Oven baked kofta kebabs
When the weather is too cold and you can’t turn on the grill but you’re craving kebabs no worries make them in the oven. They are juicy so delicious and cook in no time.

Step 1
1. Preheat your oven to 425°

2. In a food processor mince the onion, garlic, jalapeños, bell pepper and parsley. Then add the mixture to the ground beef.

3. Next add the pepper paste and all the seasonings, give it a good mix until everything is well combined.

4. Next take about 2 to 3 tablespoons of the meat mixture depending on the size of kebab you want to make and shape it into little footballs (make sure you don’t make them too thin or too small because they will dry out in the oven)
Step 5
5. Once all shaped put them in a tray lined with parchment paper, add some tomato all around and into the oven they go for 20 minutes. You can broil them for that last minute to give them that chard look. Once out of the oven serve them with rice, in a pita wrap or with a salad.
