Instructions

Step 1
Add all ingredients to the crockpot - no need to cut anything other than core out the bell pepper. Put crockpot on high for 8 - 10 hours.

When beans are soft, remove some of the excess liquid and set a cup of whole beans aside. Use immersion blender and puree all contents. Add whole beans to pureed mixture.
