Instructions

Step 1
1. Cook the steaks/pork chops as usual.
Step 2
Mix a tub of creme fraiche with four and a half tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and two teaspoons of seeded mustard.
Step 3
Pour the sauce mixture over the steaks in the pan and heat through.
