Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Cream sugar and butter. And eggs and beat well.

Add flour, baking soda, and salt and mix until just combined.

Add bananas, vanilla, and nuts if using. Mix one more time.
Step 5
Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
