Instructions
Step 1
Dice up 1/2 white or yellow onion
Step 2
Place a little oil in bottom of pot

Add onion and chicken

Lightly brown chicken in oil

Add 1/2 cup soy sauce to chicken

Add 1/2 cup red wine vinegar

Add 1 cup water

Add 1 bay leave

Add pepper (normally peppercorn but i know)

Bring to boil then reduce heat n cover let simmer on medium heat for like 30 mins, the longer it cooks the more tender n flavor (i typically add like another 1/2 cup soy sauce to mellow out the vinegar)
