Hi there! I’m Rob, and I’ve created this community to build up a bank of recipes that can help when planning meals and grocery shopping for my family each week. The recipes here are vegetarian, with plenty of vegan recipes too. These are meant to be varied, delicious, relatively nutritious meals that are generally achievable on a weeknight. Instructions are kept short and simple so you save on time, and quantities of ingredients are kept convenient to reduce food waste. Suggestions for substitutions will be in the recipe notes.
