Step 1
Put the water on to heat with salt, then proceed with the following steps.

Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the finely sliced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).

Pour the white wine into the pan and reduce slightly. Then reduce the heat.
Step 4
Add the heavy cream and lemon zest to the pan and bring to a light simmer (meanwhile, go to step 4).

In the boiling water, cook the fresh pasta according to package instructions (1 minute less, as the pasta will still be cooking in the sauce). Drain and set aside.
Step 6
Add the fresh spinach to the sauce and stir until the spinach has melted.
Step 7
Then add the pasta to the sauce.
Step 8
Finally, add the thinly sliced smoked salmon to the pan. Stir gently to distribute the salmon throughout the mixture. Serve hot, season to taste and bon appétit!
