Absolutely delicious! Made in the slow cooker with 1 litre of stock not 1.4L. And had cheese and broccoli scones with it. 2 hours on high was perfect

Added rosemary, and added the garlic and lemon direct to the soup. Also added a slurry of 2tbsp flour to thicken

Great for leftover chicken. Made it with homemade chicken stock from roast chicken. Served with classic cheese scones from BBC Good Food.
