M made panko & parmesan chicken/meatballs. These are super yummy hot or cold. Some will be for L's school lunches this week.

They were a tiny bit dry after 25 mins, but it may just be my oven. Great flavor and I just uswd the ingredients that were called for. Great with Buffalo sauce and vodka sauce. Will definitely make again!!

Made a double batch for freezer. Can freeze cooked or raw.

Craig liked dipped in ranch and Buffalo, but kids didn’t really like…probably because of the GF panko I used…could try with rice, corn or oat(flour).

Doubled the garlic and onion powder and added 1/2 tsp mustard powder

2 lbs made 42 meatballs, I set at 400, then pressed convection bake. (It Adjusted to 365). By 16 min, were at 180+ degrees, next time try 12 min to start

I used pork, because chicken can be really dry. I didn't change anything else and they were good. Exactly what my kid wanted. These would be good in an alfredo pasta.

Definitely spray the pan like it says to! Bake a few minutes less than it recommends also

I like to add diced onions + jalapeños and lots of different spices. I love making these and try a different flavor combo every time!

Great for toddlers but be careful not to over bake. I usually double the recipe and once cooked, I freeze some meatballs for an easy protein for my little ones.

Easy, moist, tasty. Simple flavour, slightly bland? Probably great for children. I add a couple more spices. Don't overbake or they'll be dry and hard.
