It was awesome! I didn't use a lot of parm- didn't want it to taste like alfredo! Added about a tablespoon of fire roasted tomatoes mixed into the cream mixture and a few chunks on top. Also added some chopped fresh basil - a couple leaves. Crispy bacon a must! Every bite had a different profile. Loved it!
