Ingredients
1 servings
½ cupgluten free oats
sub GF oat flour
â…“ cupoat milk
or plant milk of choice
2strawberries
1 more for topping, stem removed
2 Tbspbanana
mashed
1 Tbspchia seeds
1 Tbspmaple syrup
¼ tspcardamom
1 piecechocolate
or carob chocolate, about 2-3 inch wide, I like to stack an for extra chocolatey goodness
½ tspflakey salt
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2
Into a personal blender, add all batter ingredients and blend until smooth.
Step 3
Into a small ramekin, pour the batter in (leaving about 3 tbs of batter left).
Step 4
Then place the piece of chocolate and sprinkle of flakey salt into the ramekin onto the batter.
Step 5
Use the remaining batter to cover the chocoalte.
Step 6
Top with sliced strawberries and a drizzle of maple syrup (optional)
Step 7
Bake for 25-35 minutes.
