Paneer Biryani is a vegetarian dish of a mildly spiced, delicately flavored dum cooked, traditional biryani recipe made with yogurt marinated paneer layered with par-cooked basmati rice, golden fried onions (birista), saffron infused milk, coriander leaves, mint leaves and ghee. This Awadhi style biryani pairs beautifully with any raita, veggie salad or even with simple plain curd (yogurt).
