Ingredients

500 gramsBeef
cut into small cubes
½ teaspoonturmeric powder
2Potato
medium-sized
1 cuponion
finely chopped
1 ½ tablespoonsGinger
finely chopped
3Green chilli
numbers, finely chopped
1 ½ teaspoonsgaram masala
1 teaspoonlime juice
Pepper powder
as required
2 sprigsCurry leaves
finely chopped
salt
to taste
1 ½ tablespoonsoil
2Egg white
numbers
1 ½ cupsbread crumbs
Fine
oil
for deep frying
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the beef with 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and salt, allow it to cool. Mince the cooked meat and keep aside.
Step 2
Boil and mash the potatoes, keep aside.
Step 3
Heat oil in a pan, saute onion, ginger, green chilli and curry leaves till the onion becomes translucent.
Step 4
Add minced meat, garam masala, pepper powder, and lime juice, saute till the mixture becomes dry, allow it to cool.
Step 5
Add mashed potatoes and mix well. Make small balls and roll each balls into any shape.
Step 6
Dip each cutlet in egg white and roll in bread crumbs.
Step 7
Deep fry the cutlets. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
Step 8
NOTE - One cup = 250 ml, one tablespoon = 15 ml, one teaspoon = 5 ml.
