This was an adaptation as I had leftover grilled pork and white rice, and peanuts laying around. Cooked the mushrooms as intended, then added sliced pork (marinated as indicated, but considering it was cooked already) and rice and peanuts.,

Under 30 minutes

I added Green beans and Celery to mine. I also used smoked pork, plus regular mushrooms that's what I had. I used Sherry as my cooking wine. Used coconut aminos and gluten free oyster sauce. It is was pretty tasty, I just tweaked it a bit for my diet.
